Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with retail and wholesale insurance brokerage partners.
  • Pitch to marine, cargo, and logistics clients.
  • Prepare sales deck, commercial narrative, and marketing collaterals.
  • Working closely with CEO, and insurance advisors in sales and go-to-market strategy.
  • Ability to execute while bridging traditional sector and innovative parametric insurtech product space.
  • Help negotiate contracts, commissions, and profit-sharing structures.

Qualifications:

  • 10yr+ experience in insurance broking, and client-facing sales.
  • US & international experience a must.
  • Lloyd’s experience preferred.
  • Marine, Cargo & Logistics experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and negotiation ability.
  • Must-have a pronounced interest for disruptive and innovative insurtech product.
  • Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Business / MBA or Financial Engineering.
