- Manage relationships with retail and wholesale insurance brokerage partners.
- Pitch to marine, cargo, and logistics clients.
- Prepare sales deck, commercial narrative, and marketing collaterals.
- Working closely with CEO, and insurance advisors in sales and go-to-market strategy.
- Ability to execute while bridging traditional sector and innovative parametric insurtech product space.
- Help negotiate contracts, commissions, and profit-sharing structures.
- 10yr+ experience in insurance broking, and client-facing sales.
- US & international experience a must.
- Lloyd’s experience preferred.
- Marine, Cargo & Logistics experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and negotiation ability.
- Must-have a pronounced interest for disruptive and innovative insurtech product.
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Business / MBA or Financial Engineering.
